Environmental Executive Moves: Waste Management, PowerCell Sweden, ACWA, T&M Associates

Waste Management: The waste management services company has appointed James C. (Jim) Fish, Jr. as president. Fish, who joined Waste Management in 2001, retains his existing role as chief financial officer while the company conducts a search to fill that role.

PowerCell Sweden: The fuel cell company has hired Charlotta Sahlin as director, marketing and communication, and Karl Samuelsson (pictured) as director of product development. Sahlin previously worked in marketing at Saab and Samuelsson previously worked in product development at Volvo.

ACWA Services: The international water and wastewater solutions provider has appointed Martin Howard as business development manager. Howard comes to ACWA from Koch Membrane Systems where he held a variety of engineering, technical sales and bid management roles.

T&M Associates: The consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company has promoted Christine Ballard and Patrick Jeffery to vice president. Ballard is a vice president and water resources practice leader. Jeffery, who joined the company in 2010, is a vice president and operations manager. Additionally, Ivica Cacic has joined T&M Associates as senior automation specialist.

Concentric Energy Advisors: The energy industry management consulting firm has appointed Ralph Zarumba as vice president and says on Aug. 29, Gregg Therrien will join the firm as assistant vice president, both in the regulatory consulting practice of the firm. Prior to joining Concentric, Zarumba served as a director of the energy practice at Navigant Consulting. Therrien most recently served as the director, gas construction at Connecticut Natural Gas and The Southern Connecticut Gas Company.

Green Generation Solutions: The energy efficiency company has named Doug Smith as managing director, Asia, and Greg Brown as vice president, project management. It also promoted Eva Lin to vice president, finance. Prior to joining GreenGen, Smith was head of Colliers Japan’s investment services business. Prior to joining GreenGen, Brown was director of project management for ABM Government Services. Lin joined GreenGen as controller in 2015.

EBA Engineering: The engineering company has hired Robert J. (Joe) Burns as operations manager of the firm’s water systems engineering practice.
