Energesco Solutions LLC, a provider of energy efficiency and water conservation measures to the commercial and multifamily real estate industries, has entered into an agreement with real estate investment company FCP to embark on a $1.6 million energy efficiency project at The Woods at Addison apartment community in Capitol Heights, MD.
