Life Cycle Costing for Buildings – Benefits and Challenges | Konkana Khaund, Frost & Sullivan

Frost & Sullivan and the Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) have launched a research program into the use of life cycle costing (LCC) as a prerequisite to adoption of intelligent building design. The organizations plan to look at LCC adoption, benefits, technical hurdles, and the need for LCC standards. We spoke to Konkana Khaund about the state of LCC today, and why this powerful tool isn’t more widely used.
