Four More Ozone-Depleting Gases Identified

Researchers from the University of East Anglia have reported the existence of four previously unknown ozone-depleting compounds. The production of many similar substances has been phased out. Project to Destroy CFCs Completed

EOS Climate has completed a pioneering project that demonstrated how carbon finance can address remaining inventories of chlorofluorocarbon (CFCs) refrigerants in developing countries. DuPont Launches Refrigerant Buyback Program

DuPont Refrigerants and EOS Climate have partnered to encourage the return of recovered chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) refrigerants by paying contractors and equipment owners for the ozone-depleting substances, which will then be safely destroyed.
