Fiat Cleanest Automaker Within Europe in 2008, Lowest Average Fleet Emissions

In 2008, Fiat has the lowest average fleet CO2 emissions of any automaker that sold cars in Europe, according to a study by consulting firm JATO, MotorTrend Magazine reports. UK Bank Earns Carbon Trust Standard Certification

First Direct, a division of HSBC Bank plc, says it is the first bank to receive the Carbon Trust Standard certification, after reducing its carbon emissions by more than 14%.
